-The client have three chances to tweak the sketch during the sketching process
-The client have one chance to tweak minor details during the rendering process
-The right to be recognized as the creator, to prevent misattribution, and to protect the work from derogatory treatment.
-The artist still owns the IP and prevents the client from re-selling or modifying the work.
-Clients can use the artwork based on an agreement(commercial, personal, exclusive use)
-An agreement must be created for the transferring copyright of the artwork to the client
